Knightdale Eye Care

My first visit to this facility and I was impressed with the staff. They are knowledgeable and friendly. The evaluation included state of the art tools including a virtual exam that assessed the convergence of my vision. Dr. Poirier explained my eye conditions in detail that was easy to understand and Brett was amazing in helping me get fitted for my new glasses. The selection of frames includes high end, light weight, and fashionable choices. I have referred the rest of my family to the Eye Institute of Knightdale.

I liked this facility for many reasons. 1. I was running 5-10 mins late, I did call to advise and they were super call about it and willing to help further in case I arrived out of my grece window. Not rescheduling needed after all. 2. Anywhere i've been before, I have to wait about 3 weeks to get seen, as they dont take walk-ins or anything like that, here; as soon as 2-3 days. 3. But i think most important: the staff, all of them, receptionist, technician, shadowing tech and the Dr. were outstanding. 4. The visit: Dr. Adam was very organized, broke down the visit in a way it was very clear for me to understand. 5. The technology they used, i felt it was top notch. So many things i could say... I just can tell you to go visit. tI've visited a few Eye center in the last 5 years, since I moved to Raleigh, NC. I

As always Dr. Adam Sauls was very pleasant & explains things using terminology easily understood. The biggest kudos from my visit today was Angel! He is phenomenal!!! From the moment he calls your name til the moment he exits the room he is friendly, helpful, & displays wonderful manners! I'd love to have him on staff with UNC! Lol. Truly- great guy!

I’ve had such a great experience with this place. A couple months ago, I had a terrible case of iritis. It was painful, really messing with my vision, and just an awful thing to go through. Everyone in this office from reception to the assistants to my doctor, Dr. Tim Poirier, were absolutely fantastic. Dr. Poirier was extremely patient with me. He answered all my questions, was kind, and thorough. I had to visit this office maybe 3-5 times in the span of a couple months to treat my condition and always felt like I was in the best hands. I can’t speak more positively about this eye doctor and the care they provide. You’ll be in great hands here.

I was able to get an appointment quickly, in fact, I got one the same week! I had a great tech named nick who explained every test very thoroughly for me who is unfamiliar with protocol. I had the pleasure of having the optician named Matos work with me to pick glasses that suit me! I value his patience and willingness to work with me as well as giving his opinion in choosing a cute pair to wear daily! Big task lol
