Worst experience I have ever had getting glasses. Will never go back. When I arrived for my appointment I was told rudely the doctor is still at lunch so you’ll have to wait. I asked a question about frames and was answered by a customer because neither staff at the counter would answer me because they were “busy”. Neither were assisting anyone just sitting behind the counter. They don’t provide you with a comprehensive eye exam unless you’re willing to pay an extra fee. I declined and then was bullied by the doctor for not doing the test. Whoever did my pre exam didn’t communicate any of the answers I gave her so I had to repeat myself to the doctor. I decided on the pair eyewear package which includes 1 frame 2 toppers and a pair eyewear case according to the pictures shown. I was charged more than double the advertised price because the doctor said due to my astigmatism I had to buy the upgraded lens package. When I went to pick up my glasses I was given a cheap felt pouch instead of the case I was told would be included in the package I purchased and it was shrugged off that I must have been told wrong. I was also sold a protection package I didn’t ask for and the gentleman that gave me my glasses just said to report my glasses were broken and get a second pair for free we have people do that all the time.
