5⭐ for the employees & their efforts to help everyone with all their needs & special requests! The staff there is amazing! They go up & over with kindness & genuine communications. We were happy to find a new place, close to home & accepts our insurance! The front end staff was amazing and the doctor was very thorough & kind. I came home and I called corporate right away! The women there do everything to take care of the entire store! Everything, and I do mean everything! It's not right!

I had such a great experience at the Parsippany location thanks to Riya and Kendra at the front desk. They were both incredibly welcoming, approachable, and professional from the moment I walked in. It’s rare to come across customer service that feels this genuine. They were extremely knowledgeable, answered all of my questions with patience, and went above and beyond to make sure I was helped quickly and efficiently. Their positive attitudes and willingness to assist made the entire experience stress-free and pleasant. Riya and Kendra truly set the standard for excellent customer service. The Parsippany location is lucky to have them as the face of the office!

I don’t usually leave reviews, but Dr. Patel was so great that I felt she deserved one. She was friendly, took her time with my exam, and explained everything in a way that actually made sense. I never felt rushed, and she made me feel comfortable asking questions. You can tell she really cares about her patients and wants them to have the best care possible. The whole visit was easy, and everyone in the office was kind and welcoming. I’m really glad I found Dr. Patel and would definitely recommend her to anyone looking for a great eye doctor.

When the store is running on all cylinders, it is a great store. However, staffing shortages, moat importantly the lack of an eye doctor was not physically present has led to virtual eye exams where a remote doctor and staff facilitate the exam. After complaining on a social media post back in September orporate passed along my issues with the store and Carly soon reached out to try and smooth things over. While her efforts were appreciated. Found myself scheduling an exam for myself a few weeks before the year ends to cash in my vision benefits. Unfortunately, the doctor situation has not improved and there were not actual doctors who would be in the store until next year. My other alternatives were to go to a different store or return to a virtual visit. My appointment was for 3:50 and arrived on time. They did try to give me a heads up of situation, but I needed to get my exam over with with only a few weeks left in the year. Reluctantly I stuck around. While not a big deal, America's best has a two step process where you go to a pre test room and follow up with Doctor for actual exam. 3:50 came and gone, as I waited for my exam to begin. Did not enter 1st phase of testing until almost 4:20 (30 minutes after my scheduled appointment) 1st phase took a bit longer as all tests had to be transmitted to the actual doctor. Staff was friendly and obvious doctor shotage eas out or theor hands. Soon I found myself waiting for the second part of exam. Ideally Americas Best has been my go to place for ny contact exam. Unfortunately having a remote doctor in a busy store like this is not ideal. During civic, I could see the benefits, however virtual doctors are not something I am on board with especially with the delays they will cause. For my second part, encountered same delays while waiting for the virtual staff to connect. Lots of u necessary down time and actually met with the doctor a bit after 5, a full hour into my scheduled time. All in all, my exam worked out, and I got my script for contacts, but It took close to 1.5 hours for an exam that should not have been that long. Kudos to the staff for working through these less than ideal conditions. From start to finsh ,all real in person staff members were great. They were super helpful and off course apologetic as this is beyond their control. Here to hoping they can find a real doctor to speed things up. Pretty sure others in store shared my frustration as things were slow. While I do recommend America's best, will definitely think twice before scheduling an exam with a remote doctor. In full disclosure, I knew what I getting myself when I made the appointment. Perhaps will visit one of the other franchises if a doctor won't be available for my next exam or my kids. Hoping my next visit is back to a 5 star rating.

My family and I went to pick up our glasses and were warmly greeted by Riya and her associate, who always looks stylish! This store has the best employees. They are always courteous and professional and go out of their way to help you. The staff there cannot be kinder. They remember you and treat you like family. I highly recommend.
