10/10 experience! The customer service and efficiency here are truly outstanding. After having my glasses broken by an employee at another retailer, I came in feeling stressed and frustrated—but the team completely turned things around. The staff was incredibly kind, attentive, and quick to help me find frames that actually suited my needs and face. What impressed me even more was the turnaround time—my glasses were ready within a week! The whole process was smooth, supportive, and far exceeded my expectations. I’m so grateful for the positive experience and would highly recommend this location to anyone looking for great service and quality care!

They completely manipulated the entire transaction. I needed basic glasses because I use daily wear contacts the vast majority of the time. As soon as they knew I had $400 to spend from my disability insurance the crappy, thickest lenses I’ve ever seen spectacles ever tossed supposed to get two pairs for $95 became 478.99 for one pair of budget glasses! And the licensed optometrist told me several times she could not treat my infected eye because “she does have a key” to the office with drugs. I asked if she could still right me a script for a basic eye infection and she would not because she she “the don’t let her do that or give her the keys to the office/laboratory.” This is the McDonald’s of eye care and they straight up to Advantage of me. Disgusting country we live in.
My husband and I went there a few weeks ago to get eye glasses. We had the pleasure of meeting/sitting down with the Optometrist Romario. He was so patient and helpful and extremely knowledgeable about eyeglasses. He was able to answer all our questions and treated us like an extremely valued customer. He even called to follow up to see how we were doing with our new eyeglasses. I wish all optometrist's were as warm, helpful and knowledgeable as he was. I would highly recommend him to anyone needing eyeglasses. We will definitely be going back to this place of business especially if Romario is still working there
My experience during my eye exam was the worst I've ever had. The optometrist (Dr. Kelle Ayers) clearly rushed through the exam and seemed annoyed when I asked her to clean the lenses during the reading portion. Additionally, all the exams were conducted with the lights on. I understand that this is a chain establishment with KPIs to meet, but that shouldn't compromise the quality of service. To make matters worse, she diagnosed me with high eye pressure and flagged me for glaucoma, despite the fact that I had just removed my contacts and the routine exam had been poorly conducted from start to finish. I do not trust the prescription they gave me. I will never return to this place, it was truly a disservice.
I was very disappointed when picking up I was very specific on what I wanted to order and the lady helping me check out seemed very unsure of herself questioned a few times and I guess it was my fault as well that I didn't look over my receipt but I told her I wanted 6 months worth of contacts which would have been two packs and when I went to pick up there was only one pack I know it doesn't seem like a big deal but when you're 45 minutes away and you don't order anything online it is a big deal. I did not have time to sit there and try to reorder due to having to be at work but now I have to make time to go 45 minutes away one way to order contacts.
