I’ve been going to Dr. Petruska for over 10 years, and the service has been consistently outstanding every single time. It’s rare to find a practice that maintains such a high level of care and professionalism year after year. The office is modern, clean, and equipped with advanced technology, making each visit efficient and thorough. You can really tell they stay up to date with the latest equipment and practices. One of my favorite parts is the excellent frame selection. They also offer a wide range of custom lens options, and the team does a great job explaining everything so you can make the best choice for your vision and lifestyle. The staff is always friendly, knowledgeable, and attentive, which keeps me coming back year after year. I highly recommend Dr. Petruska to anyone looking for long-term, reliable, and high-quality eye care

I called to make an appointment because I need safety glasses and my workplace referred me to Dr. Petruska; I was told they would call me back, but three weeks have passed and I’ve heard nothing. I called again today at 4:00 PM, and the receptionist told me the office was already closed—even though they are supposed to be open until 6:00 PM. Unfortunately, I have to go there because it’s the only provider authorized by my employer; I’ve been there before, two years ago, and the staff provides very bad service.

I have been a patient of this office for 4 years and have noticed the quality of care and customer service has declined. 1. The office staff was very nice and professional but unfortunately the new staff is rude. This employee would not give me her name but instead put me on hold to speak to the office manager. 2. Dr. Petruska’s exams were informative and thorough but now feel rushed. I was there for my annual eye exam and I spent more time with staff who was taking my retinal picture. 3. The scheduling was flexible but now any ‘push back’ on the time or day and it’s a hassle for the staff since they are over booked and Dr.Petruska is going on vacation. I would recommend this office if you are looking for an in-and-out check up. I would not recommend this office if you are looking to understand your eye health or support.

I️ have been coming to this office for years and loved them ..... Unfortunately the quality of his staff along with the glasses has declined. I️ picked up a brand new pair of glasses and the frames were chipped and then the lens were switched and the second frame was chipped. A third pair had to be ordered. Upon going home I️ see scratches on my lens. My glasses were over $500. I️ suppose I️ would be fine with this if the staff could at least be sympathetic to this and be quick to fix it but instead I️ was just given attitude. Expensive doctor for poor care and quality.

Knowledgeable and a thorough doctor , nice staff, my son and I go there for all our vision needs
