Had an appointment at 1015 but the person to do the training is not coming in until 11. Was not told that. Another person had an appointment at 10 am. An hour later and still waiting. I don't blame the people working here as much as the owners. There is no staff to help out people. No receptionist. Saw one person walk out because they could not fix a loose screw in their glasses. Person would have to leave their glasses and come back later. Really dissatisfied with management. Does not seem like a business that wants to thrive.

What an incredible experience. Went 7-28-18 with my wife. Wow from as soon as I entered the store all with a smile & warm welcome. The receptionist with another young lady warm & so respectful as well. Nichol the lady who took care of our glasses, Dr & Lisa I Believe she was the manager. Great, friendly a blessing to have been there. They served us with such professionalism & respect. I recommend highly. Much respect by entire staff awesome ✌🏼👍🏼🙏🏼 Bless you guys the whole crew. Greatest glasses shop on the island. Cheapest and most efficient. Will actually RUN YOUR INSURANCE to see what discounts can be applied. Other stores just assume and throw insane numbers at me. Never going anywhere else again...

The store manager Janet Rivera went above and beyond to help me get my broken glasses replaced quickly and hassle-free. Alfia was equally helpful, accommodating, and professional throughout the entire process. Both made the experience smooth and pleasant.
