The customer service here was amazing. I will recommend it for anyone who needs glasses. I came back and got my glasses clean. I noticed a fingerprint and she cleaned it off five stars totally!
I scheduled 5 appointments for my family a month in advance. The week before I was bombarded with emails and texts to confirm my appointments. The evening before, they canceled all of them because they didn’t have the right cord for a piece of equipment. I will not reschedule. They just lost 5 customers to Visionworks in the same plaza. They should have just asked them for a cable.

This place was good and now is a complete joke. Took my dad there for his annual eye test. Got bombarded with emails and texts everyday for a week reminding me of the appointment. Went in to see the doctor and come to find out they are telemed now, “hoping to “maybe” get an on site doctor 6 months later”. A tech did the test with oversight of the doctor on the tv. The telemed was a joke. Took forever. Telemed doctor was clearly comfortable in her own home, while the tech was doing half her job, how convenient. Doctor wanted to dilate his eyes which obviously couldn't be done telemed so we had to come back. Lol ok, when? When you maybe get a doctor? Had i known Dr Shulman left and they are now telemed i would never have kept that appointment and thus wasted hours of our time. Funny i got many emails reminding me of the appointment and not one stated there wouldn't be a doctor on site. Sad to see companies trying to save money at the expense of their customers. Well good job, americas “best”, you lost another customer. But you don't care. Pure corporate greed. Front desk staff not friendly. Tech was friendly.
Had a $200. Eye exam and pair of glasses for 5 months which were not everyday use. Glasses broke within 5 months and they want me to purchase another pair of glasses. Went against the reviews about this place, should’ve listened because the employees are miserable and zero help. Never again
