I love going to this facility!! Everyone is so kind and helpful here! Tina took good care of me initially and I can’t say enough about Dr. Quach. He is an amazingly qualified and professional doctor. He’s also so kind as well. Lastly Cindy (Optician) is always wonderful and kind as well. I have been coming here for years and am always very happy and satisfied with the service I receive.

The customer service, knowledge, friendliness, willingness to help is absolutely outstanding! Haley at the Webster location is extremely caring and thinks out of the box if there is an issue. She truly wants to make sure you are happy and satisfied-which is so rare these days! Dr. Brian is knowledge, friendly, listens and takes an interest in really helping you. As soon as you walk in the door, you are greeted by the friendliness and most helpful people. I do not know his name, but if you are greeted by a gentleman with a radio announcer's deep voice, he will be sure to help you and always with a smile. Jamie (?) the optometrist is great! He will help you pick out frames and is always spot on with glasses. These people will exceed your expectations, BUT....you cannot reach them by phone ever. You will wait on the phone over an hour, then will be transferred to a call center, who does not deliver the message-countless times. You have to physically go to the store if you need to talk to them. This is very aggravating, but not the employees fault. All in all, Visionworks is exceptional!

Verry pour follow up, Try to reach store 3 times after The Visit on the phone.Same day that I was there. Today is Friday, and I still do not have the problem. Resolved, my eyeglass, optometrist did not call me back as promised. No one helped me at the store. Everybody took a message, no one said, let me try and help you. And here I am, I'm trying just to darken the lenses that I ordered to a medium pink shade, and I can't get help. I called twice today, Friday. Poor Customer service

The staff and Doctor at vision works in webster made my appointment easy and pleasurable. They were all professional, friendly, patient with my questions and so courteous. They also have a much better selection of frames than in years past, in a variety of colors, styles and sizes to choose from. Im normally hard to fit, and not only did i find a few pair that fit, but also that complimented my look. This store seems to have upgraded everything from frames to staff and all points in between. Id give them a score of 10 if i could... Thanks "Empire Vision Works"! A+++ ❤️

Elise is awesome, helped with selecting great frames and maximized the insurance allowance. The eye exam was also streamlined with great communication and the doctor shared info about my eye health, options, and tips on what to expect. He was very friendly and helpful! I will definitely go back again, Great Experience!
