My first time visiting the Webster Whelpley and Paul in Webster. The visit was incredible. Stopped in on a whim on a Tuesday and was able to schedule a next day appointment. The staff were amazing. Professional yet fun. Dr. Gupta was a joy to work with. I think I have found a new home for my eye care and glasses! I highly recommend them!
I received outstanding service. Dan is professional, friendly and knowledgeable. He found a frame I liked after describing what I wanted and advised me about appropriate lens options as well. I will definitely return in the future.
Whelpley & Paul is an extremely pleasant establishment. For years my son went to another place associated with a local university. The difference is immeasurable. We were treated with care and they took time to address any concerns. We were treated more as people not as a number rushing to get us out the door. Our appointment was on time as scheduled, no waiting in the waiting room past out scheduled appointment time as we have experienced at other establishments.
I have had nothing but problems with my prescription glasses from 3 other Webster economical places to purchase glasses. The last place was actually rude. So I decided to give Whelpley & Paul a try. What a pleasant surprise. They actually helped me pick out the frames, explained everything in detail. While I don't have my glasses and will have to wait for the approximately 2 weeks, just the whole atmosphere and caring individuals that work there was a breath of fresh air!!! Highly recommend thus far! UPDATE: Finally picked up my glasses. OMG, I can see!!! My progressives do not make me sick to my stomach to look out. Both pair, computer single lens and my progressives are GREAT. My new Optical store for sure!!!
