I had a wonderful experience here. From the moment I walked in. I was greeted by Lakia who was very kind and pleasant. Kayla did the first part of my exam and was very friendly and professional. The eye doctor, Amanda, was wonderful and efficient. I finished up with ordering glasses from Olivia. She was knowledgeable and helpful. I will return for all my future exams. Thank you all!
This place was the absolute worst! I scheduled appointments for my two daughters at 10:30 & 10:50. We didn’t leave until after 1pm without even 1 exam being done!!!! We spent the entire time waiting for some random virtual doctor to appear (which they never did)!!! The staff had bad attitudes and acted like us all waiting hours to be seen was nothing. They did NOTHING to try and figure out what the delay was. I asked to speak with the manager and she never came. I suggest finding ANYWHERE else to go for an eye exam. ANYWHERE ELSE!!!!! Horrible service!!!!!
My husband and I have been going to the Jonestown Rd Harrisburg location for 3 years and have never encountered a problem. Staff is always friendly and polite. Recently, Susan went above and beyond by tracking down the same frames that I had the year before that I loved but couldn't use because of my puppy getting ahold of them and chewing on a corner. They had been discontinued but she searched on the computer if any other store had a pair in stock. The King of Prussia store had a pair so she called them to double check then submitted a request for the frames to be transferred to her store. Thank you, Susan. You truly are an excellent example of outstanding customer service.
Everyone who helped me was super nice. Susan helped me with check out and she was very through and clear. I can't remember the rest of the teams names because I can only remember the last name given to me but everyone was friendly and kind. Definitely recommend.
I will never be coming back. I was interrupted during my check-in by my receptionist answering a call from another workers husband about buying a car. Then I had to wait an hour to been seen the FIRST TIME. Then another hour and a half to seen seen by a virtual doctor that took 5 min. Then had to wait again to be seen about big new glasses. Would not have waited if I didn't have to get this appointment done while I was home from school. The woman i was next to left and said this was the third time she had to leave mid wait because it took too long. Unprofessional and inconvenient.
