This is an excellent choice for eye exam. The ophthalmologist Dr. C was detailed and explained things thoroughly so I could understand. The store has a large selection of frames and good staff to help. The process was seamless and met my needs perfectly. New eyeglasses produced as expected, perfectly. The person I worked with, Angela, was outstanding in every way. She completely knows the products and how to help me. From frames to lenses to technical stuff. I have been so impressed that I trust her guidance in every aspect. I would recommend Visionworks but tell you that you must work w Angela.

very friendly ladies when I walked in. had a small issue with a screw in my glasses. they took care of me very quickly! ❤️ would highly recommend. very nice people here

My mom and I stopped in today for a glasses adjustment. Angela was super awesome and helpful! She took her time with my mom and listened to her concerns. She tried a couple different things and fixed em up beautifully!! Great location and great people. Thank you so much!!!

This location was clean, wait time was good, and service was ok. I did like the fact that the representative took time with getting things done. I believe we should have been asked if we wanted to warranty. The last time we were at this location the gentleman did. However, the lady did not which I thought was weird. Having good customer service all the way is what makes customers want to come back and tell others.

I came with my husband and sister-in-law. I am in a wheelchair and this wasn’t a problem. Karen was great! Friendly and knowledgeable. I would highly recommend her and this store. I left with a satisfied feeling that I had ordered the right frames. I ended up getting petite Donna Karen frames.
