America’s Best Contacts & Eyeglasses

Came today for a new prescription for my daughter. We arrived early for our appointment. As soon as we arrived we were pleasantly greeted by the front desk and taken right back for the initial intake done by Rachel! Rachel was very professional, educated and made us feel at ease! Then we transferred to another room right after to meet Brooke, she was soft spoken and sweet! ! As a busy mom, I can’t thank them enough for their professionalism and promptness! I’d recommend them!

Rachel is super sweet and the lady who helped me check was also sweet but I didn’t get her name but she has braids on the side of her head. Super sweet and helpful and I was stressed from my day at work and everyone helped me and feel at ease. Will be coming again and telling everyone about my wonderful experience! :)

I came into the store on route 30 in York. It was a minute until the store was closing. Marlo was so very sweet and helpful. She helped me make a payment and took the time to answer all of my questions. Brooke was also there and she was so sweet and let me enter the store to get the help I needed. Thank you America’s Best for having such wonderful employees!

I had a prescription from a different place and I was in a pinch, I called here in desperation because I had a really old test pair of contact lenses in and right now I haven't been able to afford to get more but I do have a valid contact lens prescription. Jenna, who answered my call along with her colleague I'm having trouble remembering her name, but they were both SUPER nice and provided me with a test pair to last me until the appointment we also scheduled the same day. I went there and was able to get the old contacts out and put brand new ones in and these ladies were by far the nicest people I've encountered at any of these contacts lens centers I've been to in the past few years. Definitely recommend going here with how kind they are and their motivation to want to help people and not give them a hard time. A+++++

This place was really great, Rachel made the exam quick and easy. She was very thorough and walked me through everything happening. Jenna was a huge help with picking out glasses and answering my questions as well!
