Very nice place and well decorated. First time here and the process was a breeze. My insurance was taken as well, so I payed nothing out of pocket. The optometrist was kind and took the time to explain everything very well. It didn’t feel as if they were in a rush to do the exam and get me out the door. There were no wait times between the exam and getting the glasses. 100% would come back again for a new prescription.

This was my first time here and I got to say it was a 10/10 experience! I was struggling for months to find a place that accepted my insurance. I called Clear Focus Eye Care and they were able to book me an appointment the next morning and accepted my insurance. Dr.Strain was very nice and took her time to explain everything to me. I expressed some concerns and she immediately took note of that and found me a solution. Overall , the staff were amazing and everyone was so sweet and welcoming! They all participated in helping me find the perfect frame which was above and beyond in my book!!! They were even able to give me a temporary frame because my glasses were so broken which no other place has EVER offered to do that for me. Absolutely will be recommending this eye care clinic to my friends and family! :))) thank you again!

After struggling to find a place in town that would take both my and my mom's insurance, we found Clear Focus Eye Care, which was a little farther away than we had hoped but absolutely worth it. They were able to get us in within a few days of when we called to schedule. The receptionist was so kind on the phone and very understanding when we had to reschedule due to illness. The front of the building has a few steps, but they also said we could go through the back that has a ramp. The pathway at the back is a little thin and has grass on both sides, so it might not be the best for wheelchair users. When we got inside the receptionist was friendly and helped us get back as soon as we could. They also had little water bottles available for patients which was a nice touch. Our appointments were fast and efficient and Holly was wonderful with helping us select the best frames. They were very transparent with pricing and helped us select the best options for our budget. Overall they were very friendly, helpful and efficient and I would definitely recommend Clear Focus Eye Care to my family and friends. Most comfortable I've ever felt at an optometrist. Kind staff, they explain things well, they have accessibility behind the building for wheelchairs and similar, and easy to make appointments. Definitely my new favorite optometrists.
