KayKay was so great to work with! She was very knowledgeable and I had a blast chatting it up with her while she helped my boyfriend pick out his frames. I’d come back just to get frames from her!
Madi treated me and my wife like royalty. She was patient and left with the PERFECT frames. The doc is via tela type health. As an older man who doesn't know a lot about technology so I was skeptical. But I will tell anyone who needs an eye place,this is it. These people are phenomenal and definitely give it 10/10
I needed contacts ASAP for a vacation I’m about to take…I came in and Madi was able to get it DONE! Not only that, but she was able to save me some money as well! Also, I had my 2 year old with me and she was being absolutely CRAZY. The ladies on the office could see me getting upset so they stepped in and played with her so that I could finish my appointment. I am super pleased with my experience!
Everyone was nice! They go above being nice! They make you feel as though you have been coming there forever and personally know you!!! Kerry was the amazing lady that helped me with my glasses and she was extremely sweet!!! I saw Dr Jane and she took time to explain things to me and was very knowledgeable! I will be going back! They have gained a customer for life 🥰
As a patient who had a ripped contact and is waiting for them to come in the mail, we were told because we didn’t order contacts through them they wouldn’t help us -Noted that being a patient there means nothing, this the problem with stores like this - Trust me and go to Tidwell , Faulks and Allen - fantastic hometown drs that actually care
