Dr. Patrick was absolutely amazing! She made me feel comfortable, took the time to listen, and genuinely cared about finding the right solution for me. I’ve been on a search for contacts that work well for my eyes, and Deanna has been phenomenal throughout this process with her understanding and kindness. The sweet lady who greets you when you walk in is also wonderful and always welcoming.
I’ve been coming here for years but today will be my last time. The receptionist (not Lisa, she’s a doll), at the counter is extremely rude and nasty. Every time I see her she always has a rotten attitude.
Dr. Patrick is wonderful! She is thorough, patient, and always takes the time to answer my questions without making me feel rushed. I truly feel like she cares about her patients as people, not just appointments.
The staff is pleasant and efficient , my wait time was very short and I was out the door within a half hour. My optometrist is very knowledgeable, explaining everything clearly and making it very easy for me to understand what is going on with the health of my eyes. Although I didn’t need new glasses at this time, I fill my prescription with them. They never push trying to make you feel that you have to get something you don’t need. I have been going here since I’ve lived in the area and will continue to do so.
Everyone at this office is lovely! They are kind, accommodating and friendly. Appreciate their professionalism and care! Highly recommend using them for any eye exam or to purchase glasses!
