"Lex" went out of her way. Her personality and customer service oriented attitude made for a truly exceptional experience. For a 1st time experience and new to glasses she made me feel comfortable and the over the top service made me feel as if I was buyng a car and not just a set of glasses! Def will be my long term spot!
Going to America’s Best is truly a breeze. Everyone is so helpful and kind. It’s an easy “in and out” with exceptional customer service. When I arrived, I realized I had scheduled an appointment at a nearby America’s best by mistake, and rather than sending me away, the sweet receptionist immediately changed my appointment to her store and got me in very quickly. Janelle helped to check me out and she was very helpful and thorough- and the store manger walked around with me helping me find the perfect frames. Highly recommend!!
Jonathan greeted me and later he took my initial eye test on machines, he was nice. While waiting to see physician for eye exam, Jackie assisted me while I was looking at frame selection. Jackie was friendly and made a great frame suggestion. After eye exam with physician who was also nice, Jackie helped me narrow down frames selected. I ended up purchasing the frames Jackie picked out for me and another one. Looking forward to picking up new glasses in a week.
This is my first time at this location and I must say that I had a great experience. The front desk receptionist was very friendly along with Janelle, who made the experience very enjoyable. She was super friendly and helpful with putting everything together for my new pair of glasses. I would definitely recommend this place.
Janelle was amazing! She helped me pick out the best frame for my face with what style I was wanting and was so helpful with making decisions about additional options. Dr. Cardales was just as amazing with the eye exam. I highly recommend America's Best at the McKinney location.
