Went to the brwnch located by the mall on Cooper St, Arlington and Coleen was amazing. She was very informative and attentive and sooo nice. She is such a sweetheart and really goes out of her way to make sure that all your needs and concerns are addressed and covered. This was the best customer service I have ever experienced in any vision clinic/facility! Highly recommend America's Best--this branch specifically-- because of Coleen.

Colleen helped me out tremendously!🙏🏼🙏🏼 I’m in a bit of a crisis!!! I need a new pair of glasses before I can send in my old pair to get fixed. BUT, I can’t send in my old pair until I get the new pair because I need to see😅 Also, I have to send in the old pair before the 22nd!😅😅😅 So I am kind of stressed! 😰 I came in here to get a quick, inexpensive, high quality pair of glasses to hold me over until my others are fixed! She helped me pick out a pair of frames and get everything situated before I sent in my old pair! Amazing lady! Amazing place! Come here! Edited Pt. 2: Raven helped me so much!! First off, her name is so cool!! Second, She was so sweet and helped me so much!! My glasses came in!!!! She cleaned them, helped me fit them to my face, and told me I looked good!! Thirdly, She also let me talk her ear off!! Very sweet lady!! The customer service here continues to be amazing and impress me!

This team made me feel appreciated the moment I walked in the door. This is exactly the kind of service and quality eye care I’ve been looking for. I used two places in Weatherford who not only had me come back twice because the eye tests were messed up and the doctor WAS ON ZOOM! At Americas Dr. Janine Nguyen was thorough, kind, and made me feel important. And Vanessa was so much fun, helped me find frames that I truly love, and sent me on my way excited to hear “they arrived”. As I was getting ready the general manager Colleen came over to say hello and confirm I was happy with every moment of my experience. Isn’t that awesome!! I won’t go anywhere else.
