America’s Best Contacts & Eyeglasses

I have been a member of America’s Best eye care club for almost 20 years. I went out to Jordan Landings store and had the best experience with getting my eye exam and glasses. Jeremy took really good care of me and made sure I had everything I needed before I left. He made sure to help pick out the best pair of glasses and also helped me with getting readers. He went above and beyond to take care of me. I have not had that kind of customer service from the other locations. The others that were working were also very friendly and helpful. I would definitely recommend going to this location. I really felt like a true customer.

Update 2/25 changing to 4 stars because Amanda from corporate made it right and waived the exam and giving my prescription. If you have any questions for the employees make sure they double check their own words. I had an appointment for this morning, when I came in, The receptionist that checked me in and then another girl came to grab me with my file to walk back to sit and I stopped her and made sure I asked her if everything was going to be covered and for my contacts and she said yes, and that the Contacts for my insurance would cover up to $125 and I said OK cool great. After my eye exam, I went to go talk to a different lady who helped me look into contacts, but turns out my insurance was every other year and so I couldn’t get contacts which was honestly fine like it wasn’t really that big of a deal but then she told me I was gonna have to pay out-of-pocket for my eye exam…. Over $100 they were trying to get me to pay, but I told them I wasn’t going to pay that and that’s ridiculous because their employee told me everything was covered. I Even called right when they opened to make sure that it was all going to be covered, but they told me I would have to come in for them to let me know that information so I even double checked with them that it was going to be covered. Jocelyn was the lady who told me that it was gonna be covered and I had up to $125 for contact. And the lady who was helping me at the end, said that she must’ve not have read the paper correctly which I don’t understand why I would have to pay $119 on their mistake. I didn’t end up paying it but they Said they can’t release my prescription or anything like that until it’s paid but I can call back on Monday and speak with a manager. So I’ll be doing that.

I would give zero stars if I could. Not only did they mess up my prescription, but they also mixed up my daughter’s prescription. When we went to pick up her glasses, we were told they had accidentally switched our prescriptions. On top of that, they ordered the wrong frames for my daughter, and we had to wait over 2½ weeks before finding out there was another mistake. I’ve been wearing glasses for 35 years, and this has been, without question, the worst experience I’ve ever had with an eye care provider. We also tried to get my daughter fitted for contact lenses. They required her to complete a contact lens training class, which would have been understandable if it had been conducted professionally. Instead, the employee repeatedly said, “I just learned this today,” and couldn’t provide clear or consistent instructions. My daughter became confused, was unable to complete the training successfully, and after spending two hours there, we were told we have to come back and do it all over again. From the prescription mix-up, to the incorrect frames, to the unprofessional contact lens training, this entire experience has been frustrating and disappointing. I would not recommend this office to anyone.

⭐️⭐️⭐️ I wish there were more than five stars to give, because honestly there are not enough stars in the sky to properly rate the incredible service I received from Sierra Timothy at America’s Best. From the moment I walked in, Sierra went above and beyond in every possible way. Professional, kind, knowledgeable, and genuinely caring — the kind of customer service that is so rare these days. Sierra took the time to explain everything clearly, helped me feel comfortable with the process, and made sure I left completely satisfied. It never felt rushed; it felt like she truly cared about giving the best experience possible. What impressed me most was her positive attitude and attention to detail. She handled everything with patience and confidence, and you can tell she truly takes pride in her work. People like Sierra are the reason businesses succeed and customers keep coming back. Hello we go there because looks like is great place and good prices, but surprise the service is so bad, I work for customer service and honestly the service is any. Courtesy except a girl is the more decent, and we go we a Doctor Brittany Le I never imagined is very rude person since we go to she said I have only two chairs here, because I come we my two kids, one is the need the example and the other come with me, so she doing the test for my younger child he is HDT so is a little be disable, and she since start looks so impatient and said I recomen to back the eye care the you go before them have experience with kids because the numbers is diference no to much but is better , and looks extress arogant, please fixed the services there special with the doctor girl
