JAMIE IS THE BEST! I'm so greatful for her knowledge and kindness! She fixed me husband's glasses a few times now . She is the friendliness and most kindness person ever. Her staff is awesome everyone at this location is perfect! They are super busy because they are the best!
Got great customer service when I got my new contacts here a couple weeks ago, but also leaving a 5 star review because when I was getting my lash lift next door today, they said I could not do it with contacts in, so I walked over and asked if I can get a contact case and use solution, they said yes! very sweet and generous of them, so I got to do my appointment without having to go back home or anything
I went a few weeks ago to get my eyes checked and later went back to purchase some glasses. I also called today to check if my glasses were ready. Each time, customer service has been phenomenal (Jamie taking the W, once again). The doctor even gave me a personal recommendation for contacts due to my dry eyes. Highly recommend this place!!
"everyone has to learn somewhere" Went in on a Saturday Kylie and Sam were there. Things were pleasant until it came time for the exam. Sam had to ask for help every step of the way. Eye exam with the optometrist wasn't anything special other than the bare minimum. Picked out frames and they started measuring for the progressive lenses. Also added a pair of sunglasses. Paid my amount and left. A week and a half later was notified glasses were in. Went to pick them up............ When asked about the sunglasses and where they were-Kylies response was I don't have time for this and will have to call you later. Pushed the issue only to receive more attitude! No talk about warranty, fitment or return. I drove a mile down the road and got vertigo so bad I had to pull over! Everything on the lenses was wrong. When I spoke with Jamie the manager - more attitude and excuses. They never rang up the sunglasses and was told she would do 60% and order them right away. Discussed the lenses only to be told she would be happy to return them. ? Got an email the next day for 50% off a second pair........ Wal mart is probably a better option!
These guys are great . I’ve tried to get glasses for working on the computer before . The last place failed !! But West Jordan visionworks did it . My computer glasses work great . They are all helpful and kind . The optometrist was amazing and he listen to me resulting in a pair of glass that worked for me ! Thank you guys
