Mitchelle was absolutely the best associate you have. A year ago was a disaster and I almost didn't come back. I'm so glad I did. Mitchelle was kind, my current glasses were so tight that I have to get medical attention to the skin on my nose pads. She was empathetic, knowledgeable and explained why they eere do tight, and that I needed a specific size for the bridge. She helped me pick a pair and had me wear them to see if they were too tight. She was amazing and was smarter than ai. I used ai to see if they looked better than another pair. She advised the same thing as ai. It was like having a friend with me not a sales associate. She helped with the current glasses and resized them. Then helped me with the new ones, it was fun. I had fun because she was so good at her job. Mitchelle, should be a senior manager.
