My family and I have been seeing Dr. Poulter for many years and he has always taken great care of us. He has always been thorough and helpful in getting us into a prescription for our vision that we are comfortable with. He is great with follow up when new contacts or glasses aren’t working out and makes sure we are content with our vision. I feel like he truly cares about me and my family and am so grateful for all of the great care we have received from him.

If you expect decent customer service and transparent pricing, do not come here. A few months ago, I walked out of this store due to a shockingly unprofessional interaction. The employee helping me was miserable to deal with and tried to charge me $70 in taxes on a $145 quote. When I questioned her on the math and her attitude, she got defensive. The absolute kicker was walking out the door and hearing her and the other staff members openly bad-talking me right in front of me. Total lack of maturity and professionalism. I took my business to a competitor who treated me right. I actively tell people to steer clear of this storefront.

In life it's easy to find businesses that treat their ustomers/patients with minimal effort to get the job done. I am pleased to admit Vision Source @ Jordan Landing my rare 5 star experience. Everyone i spoke with there treated me like a human being. Not too much else to say here other than look no further if you need eye care. These people are the new benchmark in professionalism. 5 stars!!!!!

Vision Source at Jordan Landing has been my eye care provider for nearly 20 years. Dr. Poulter is simply a gem! The office staff is friendly and accommodating. I highly recommend Vision Source to young and old.

The exam was fine. They took a medical test because of a prescription I had taken over 3 years prior. After taking the test without telling me of the extra cost, they told me it would be over $200. They refused to give me a discount for paying cash up front. I would have declined the test if they would have asked and told me the cost. Their frames were flimsy and not as good as my current frames. After what my VSP insurance covered, the multiple co-pays and out of pocket costs were going to be almost $500. Their clinic and frames weren't anything special, but they certainly charge premium prices. I've been going to them for years, but I'm going to find a new clinic that is more transparent with their prices and actually asks me if I want a test that is going to cost me out of pocket over $200. Plus, the visit took almost 2 hours which made me late for work.
