America’s Best Contacts & Eyeglasses

I have been to this location of AMC&C's many many times. I really enjoy working with them. Especially Cheyenne and Heather. To be honest, everyone I've worked with has been outstanding and I've even received followup calls inquiring about how the service was and it I was happy with my glasses. I appreciate this level of service as there are so many other options out there for the eye glass wearing consumer. Going above and beyond is really noticed. I definitely will be returning for all my eye care needs!

I had an excellent experience at America’s Best Contacts & Eyeglasses. The staff was professional, friendly, and made the entire process smooth from start to finish. They took the time to answer my questions, explained my options clearly, and never made me feel rushed. The eye exam was thorough, and I was impressed with the selection of frames and the value for the price. I highly recommend America’s Best to anyone looking for quality eye care and outstanding customer service.

First time at this location since moving from TX. Mckenzie was very welcoming at check in & during first part of exam. Dr.O was nice as well as Emily! Everyone was very patient and informative during my appointment, answering all of my qs. Can't wait to pick up my new lenses! Clean offices and Retail front too. Thanks for making my experience stress free AND on a weekend!

Patty was AMAZING from the first phone call. We were in an emergency situation with our sons eye and she helped us get an appt within 30 minutes and sent the paperwork via email which was simple and quick to complete while we were driving to the appt. McKenzie completed the images and color tests first and was very nice and efficient. Then we saw Dr O who was super knowledgeable and did a thorough exam. She was so professional and friendly. We are so impressed and the team took excellent care of us! We will be back and refer others!!!

Worst service ever at this location. The staff were not helpful at all. I had to tell them how to look my husband’s insurance up multiple times. Then it took over an hour to be seen by the doctor. No explanation of them being behind. Even after telling both the assistant and doctor that this visit was for both contacts and glasses, they only input the contacts prescription. The office manager Heather said she would talk to the doctor to get this correct, that we didn’t have to wait in the office and she will call me back the same day. Heather said they would also call us when the trial contacts were ready to be picked up. That never happened. We had to call back to ask for an update. Only to be told the doctor was on vacation, the other doctor in the office couldn’t help, and we’d have to wait even longer for the glasses prescription to be added. They also didn’t even put in the request for the trial contacts until we called! No accountability taken by them. No explanation as to how and why they messed up. They made it sound like it was our fault for inconveniencing them and that we should have been the ones to follow up despite their reassurances of calling us back.
