This was one of the worst experience I have ever had. I had to wait 30 minutes before even starting the exam. Then I had to wait an additional hour and half before the virtual exam. After the exam took 15 minutes and then once again I had to wait to be seen by the doctor. They keep telling us that they would speed things up, but we all kept waiting. This was so bad that the ladies after me canceled their appointment halfway through because it was taking so long. I will never go to another America's Best again.

I was originally scheduled for later that afternoon, they called said they had times available earlier. I was greeted by the staff as soon as I walked in and directed to the service desk. Jen was able to get me in and out of the office relatively quickly she was super nice and attentive. I really appreciate the customer service I received today. Definitely worth the 5 stars

It is the worst place you can go to get your glasses fitted. Everything starts with scheduling an appointment. You are not personally attended to by a doctor. The online system they use is not very audible, and to end up, you pay a lot for very poor quality glasses. I haven't even had them for 30 days and they are no longer usable, even with a guarantee. They don't want to replace them.

I went to pick up my glasses today. A sign posted on the window read Open Memorial day 8am -5pm. I arrived at 8:40am no one was there. Store was dark. This is unacceptable. As I adjusted my work schedule to pick up my glasses at this time.

Great experience, especially when I went back to pick up my wife's glasses and I needed to add to to my prescription. Van was amazing. She helped us both out and was super super informative and helpful. In my opinion she went above and beyond.
