America’s Best Optometrist

I really had the best experience.! This was "my" first time at America's Best "for myself" and the staff at "this location" were great!!!. (I had gone with my daughter a couple of years ago to her appointment and was really turned off by their staff) but this experience was completely different, so location has a lot to do with staff professionalism and mannerism. So glad I tried this location!!. The Doctor was personable and made me feel like he genuinely cares and likes what he does. Kimberly was so friendly and patient helping me choose frames for my face and was so incredibly pleasant and funny, I can't say enough about her!. PROPS to this location 100% !!!

Dr. Derek Howard was awesome. Friendly and helpful. Kimberly was top notch! Absolutely the best so far I’ve worked with since I started using America’s Best. Computer was a little slow and the insurance kept doing something weird but we had a blast and awesome experience during the wait! Definitely recommend both Dr Howard and Kimberly to anyone looking for great customer service! Thank you both!

Kimberley at the Brighton location in Prairie Center was so helpful when I needed my glasses resized. She was courteous, professional and very kind. She knew what she was doing and wasn’t satisfied until I was. She was quick to help us as soon as we walked in the door and she greeted us with a smile. Her customer service was perfect. Because of her, we will be back to shop for glasses again. Thank you Kimberley for your smile and dedication.

We went to America's Best at Prairie View in Brighton, Colorado. Our first interaction was with Kimberley. She greeted us in a friendly and welcoming manner. We made our selections and Kimberley was the associate assigned to assist us. She was professional, pleasant, friendly, extremely helpful, efficient, thorough and knowledgeable. The most wonderful experience my husband and I had today. Made our day exceptional! Thank you.
