Had a great experience at America’s Best Contacts & Eyeglasses! Ms. Rosa truly went above and beyond to help me and my daughter after she broke her glasses at field day. We were down to our last pair, and even though she needed an exam, Ms. Rosa found us a quick and affordable solution. Also shoutout to both Jasmines for being so kind and helpful. Excellent customer service all around!
Firstly, the remote exam is very convenient! It didn’t take long at all, and if I can comment on the team quickly, Rosa, Alexis, Tan and Dr. B really did an amazing job, especially on a Sunday!!! I found some great frames and Americas Best is still living up to the name. Good Job guys!
The entire staff is absolutely amazing and extremely helpful. From the optometrist Dr Anderson has the best spirit and demeanor. I definitely felt very comfortable with how quick and smooth the exam went. To store manager Ms. Tan Was absolutely amazing! And so very helpful to me. Her customer service was beyond top. Tier definitely went above and beyond to assist me and make sure that my glasses were accurate to perfection. Along with the supporting staff Jasmine, Shadonna David, Alex and Justin. Each one was so attentive and took care as well and making sure that not only myself but the other customers were satisfied with their lenses and receive the best possible customer service possible. I had a previously less than pleasant experience and another American's Best location and Ms. Tan made it right! To step into this environment and be so warmly greeted, welcomed, handled with care and precision was not only refreshing but so greatly appreciated. Thank you to each of you and all those who are not mentioned by name specifically - each have/are doing an amazing job! Keep up the good work!! ✨
Doctor O. is great and his personality is awesome. The lady that checks you in is very rude and has a very bad demeanor to be working upfront. The lady who took my pictures/ pressure her personality was not any better than the lady upfront. We have to do better and provide better customer service. After getting checked in and pictures taken the ladies were great. The lady upfront even answered my prior question without being rude. Also the lady who took my pictures even made sure I had seen the doctor. Maybe it was the early morning not sure. I would come back again if needed.The change of attitude is the only reason for the change in stars. I wish I could rate the doctor with 100%.
The staff was professional and courteous! They made me feel comfortable with my new glasses. The prices and exam were amazing for my budget!
