America’s Best Optometrist

It was a quick, smooth, easy experience. The lady who did my pre-exam was very blunt and didn’t tell me which lines she wanted me to try reading. She didn’t warn me before blowing that quick air pressure into my eyes. My eyes are very sensitive, so a warning that she was about to do it would’ve been nice. Dr. Buster was amazing. She was quick, efficient, and kind. Most of all, the gentleman who helped me check out and get my frames figured out was VERY helpful and kind. I can’t remember his name but he had glasses, curly brown hair, lots of jewelry on… not sure if that’s helpful, but he made my experience a 5-star. He helped me get all the information I asked for. He went over everything at least twice and made sure I got what I needed. I wish I could remember his name because he was excellent. EDIT: I called to get confirmation on his name. It was Greggory! He was so kind and helpful!!!

Had an appointment for 10:30, spent 2 and a half hours waiting for an online doctor when I finally needed to leave and I’m just very frustrated I spent my entire morning and afternoon there. They said only one person was in front of me; you have to wait for an online doctor until they are good and ready I guess? But that’s a huge waste of time.

Great local office. No issues and friendly staff. However, I don’t recommend using expedited shipping when buying online. I paid extra to get my contacts faster and shipping date has changed 3 times. Not worth the extra money.

Went in to get my eye exam and glasses, had to wait another 5 days past the last day they said my glasses would be in, which doesn’t bother me too much, what bothers me is they didn’t fix my astigmatism and my vision isn’t much better. Also, make sure you have atleast $200 for the sale of 2 for 90 or whatever, still cheaper than most places, but really wish my astigmatism was fixed or atleast made a little better

Gregory was very helpful, he made sure I knew the difference in lens types and about the warranty.
