I truly love thevCostco Optical department. I can go on and on and on about Tracy in the Optical Dept. In all the years of wearing glasses, this is the ONLY place I've had luck with. The glasses last for years and Tracy fits them perfect every time. I'm not real impressed with the one girl I picked up my glasses from though. But all in all I highly recommend them. I'm a happy customer. Tracy is the ultimate best. Employees should learn from her. The world would be a better place if we had more people like Tracy. 💕

Had to change eye Dr. because of insurance so I went to Costco in Twin Falls. Dr. Austin is very good and thorough and the lens center has some good choices. The young lady there helped me pick out a pair and was very nice.
When you first check in to an appointment, the questionnaire asks for your hobbies. This is probably important to eyeball related stuff, but it kinda just felt like an effort to be more friendly and inviting. Which, I really appreciated, even though it's such a small thing. The scheduling people were very kind, and the Dr, Brian Jensen I think his name was, was a super nice guy as well. All around, great service, very friendly people, 10/10 would recommend to anyone who needs their eyes examined or an update on prescription lenses :)
Took them 3 weeks to get my second pair of glasses and wasted my time with the first pair because of the huge delay. Finally when I am waiting in line the worker spent 15 minutes chatting to one person and as it is up for me to go, they help another old lass who came in after me. Worst customer service and the wait time is not worth the money. Best get some glasses faster somewhere else with more effective customer service.
Isaiah Austin is a wonderful doctor. He was very informative, thorough and helpful. He took his time, answered all my questions and even explained the differences of tests that he was performing. I have worn glasses/glasses for the past 22 years and this is the best and most informative doctor I have ever been to. All of the staff was friendly, kind and genuinely seemed happy to be there. Thank you!
