Had a great experience from start to finish. Setting an eye exam was easy as 123. Even the actual eye exam and checkout process was painless. The lady at check out, I believe her name was Sheila (beautiful lady) did her best to make sure we got the best deal and wrapped everything up quickly. Her level of care and customer service was top tier. Give that lady a raise!
I'm loving my new glasses set in Ray-Ban Clubmaster frames. I was having a difficult time choosing frames. Thankfully, I received instance of a store rep. I am extremely happy with the service and timeliness of the product delivery. Two thumbs up! 👍

Speaking with people on the phone when you need help has to be one of the most annoying things I have had to deal with on a monthly basis. Coming from someone who works 60 hours a week with the public, that’s saying something. It seems anytime I speak with someone they are more useless then the last person I spoke to. Not today. Keisha, I haven’t written a review in years but you deserve this one. Professional, knowledgeable, nice, caring, and just an all around pleasure to speak to.
