The virtual/remote exam is the way to go. Noone is right in your face. It's quick and easy. A Dr does it all on the screen and the nurse/assistant does whatever is needed in person. Exam, eye tests, ordered glasses or contacts, paid and was out in less than 45 mins. They do sneak in a contact fitting fee that isn't covered by insurance for $50. Even though you have already worn contacts for years.

Ok look... These ladies are the business! They have been so kind and accommodating! All the while, cracking jokes and just making the appointment an overall pleasant experience! I recommend America's best because it's a great deal, but I recommend this location specifically because their staff is unparalleled! Excellent job ladies!!! 💙
A Grand Review of Visionary Excellence If I may be so bold as to take a few moments of your time—and perhaps a few more moments beyond that—I feel it is an absolute moral imperative to recount the odyssey that was my recent quest for optical clarity. One does not simply walk into an establishment and purchase a pair of spectacles; no, it is a journey of the senses, a pilgrimage for the pupils, and a testament to the service one can only hope to find in our corner of Bossier City. I found myself at America’s Best Contacts & Eyeglasses on Beene Boulevard, a location that stands as a beacon of hope for those of us navigating the world through a gentle (or perhaps not-so-gentle) blur. Upon crossing the threshold of Suite B, I was met with an atmosphere of professional diligence that immediately put my weary mind at ease. ### The Guidance of a Pro It was here that I encountered **Tiffany**, a true steward of the craft. In a world where service can often feel rushed or transactional, Tiffany stood out as a paragon of patience and expertise. She did not merely "help" me; she navigated the vast sea of frames with the precision of a seasoned navigator. She understood that choosing eyewear is an exercise in both form and function—a reflection of the soul and a necessity for the daily grind. Her attention to detail was nothing short of exemplary, ensuring that every measurement was precise and every question I lobbied her way was answered with grace and a deep well of knowledge. The Selection: A Slam Dunk After much deliberation and under Tiffany’s expert guidance, I settled upon a pair of **Shaq prescription glasses**. Now, one might think, "Are they just frames?" To that, I say: absolutely not. These glasses possess a structural integrity and an aesthetic boldness that one would expect from their namesake. They feel robust, as if they are prepared to handle the rigors of a busy life while maintaining a level of comfort that makes one forget they are even perched upon the bridge of the nose. Closing Thoughts To summarize—though "summarizing" feels like a disservice to such a comprehensive experience—my visit was a resounding success. If you find yourself in need of a new perspective on the world, I cannot recommend this location highly enough. Ask for **Tiffany**; she is a credit to her profession and a reminder that when we treat our neighbors with excellence and care, the whole community shines a bit brighter. I walked out of those doors with more than just a pair of Shaq frames; I walked out with the clarity to see the world as it was meant to be seen. Truly, it was a "best" experience in every sense of the word.
Horrible attention and incompetent staff. They did not do any extra effort to find my insurance policy in their system even though I showed them my insurance ID and responses from the company I'm working for. I am a hearing impaired person and they gave me 2 numbers to call by myself even though they could see I'm wearing two strong hearing aids. many mistakes....I went to another optical and they found my policy immediately...
Worst experienexpectancy. i had a 12 noon appointment. Arrived at 11:10 since person on phone said come earlier if possible. At 1:00pm, I still hadn't been called back for appointment! I asked how many more people were in front of me for exam and front desk person just said I don't know ask them in the back. This is unprofessional and unefficient for people that work and have lives outside of eye appointments. It's common professional courtesy to simply communicate with people when a business is running more than an hour behind on appointments. This is 2 for 2 bad experiences at America's Best so highly recommend people go somewhere else that won't overbook people or have the common decency, professional consideration, and courtesy to lcommunicate to et people know their wait times are way beyond normal expected wait times.
