America’s Best Optometrist

Coming to this location today was a peaceful and friendly experience. I wasn't rushed at all when trying to explain why I was coming in for another eye exam this year. Daisy C., the store manager was very kind and welcoming. She made my experience less stressful overall. Dr. Kutinsky also took the time to explain to me in detail what he saw in the images that they took of my eyes today. He helped me with my overall concerns. I'm very pleased with my visit and will be coming back to this location for future eye exams instead of going elsewhere.

These ladies know their stuff! When I walked in I was greeted by Mrs. Kameisha at the front desk her customer service was amazing. And then Teria did a wonderful job with my presting. DR. Kutinsky did a phenomenal job with my exam and finally Aja took excellent care of me when it came to picking out my glasses. This was truly the best experience I've had in a long time!

I called the Pontiac location because my stay in Michigan was extended due to a family death and I was short on contacts. The person who answered the phone was extremely polite and helpful and let me know I could pick up my prescription in store even though I am from Texas. When I arrived at the store, Daisy, Teria and Aja greeted me with huge smiles. They also gave me a trial pair to tide me over. They definitely went above and beyond. 💗

I had a great experience! The receptionist reached out two days before my appointment and was proactive about making sure everything was taken care of before my appointment. I was in and out was seen earlier than my scheduled time which worked out well because of work. Everyone was friendly and helped me pick out the best frames to fit my head shape and all lol

I was originally going to get my eye exam at Walmart Vision Center, but when I called to book they said my insurance was out of network so I canceled. I looked up America’s Best and found out they are in network, and even better, the location is only 4-5 minutes from my place. From the moment I walked in, the staff and doctor were very nice and kind. The lady who processed my bill was especially helpful — I picked out two pairs (one regular and one that turns into sunglasses), and after I tried them on she honestly told me the frame I chose looked a little wide on me. She didn’t just leave it at that; she actually helped me find a new pair that fit better, and I’m so happy with the result. They originally told me the glasses would take about 2 weeks, I went in last Saturday and got a call today (exactly 1 week later) saying my glasses are ready for pick up. That was a nice surprise! Great service, friendly people, and they really care that you leave with glasses you like. Highly recommend!
