I needed assistance in obtaining information what my insurance would reimburse me for new lenses, Andrea @ America’s Best Glasses was most helpful in helping me check with my insurance to obtain that information and be able to decide if I could afford the lenses. She went above and beyond to take care of my situation and I Yes was very happy to find out I would get a reimbursement to purchase the lenses. She also checked with Sara, who assisted us in this endeavor. .Andrea’s Efforts went above and beyond and was so appreciated. Andrea and Sara are great employees and representatives for America’s Best. I would recommend them to all.

My daughter and I just had a great experience at AB in Sewell. Taylor was amazing in helping my daughter select glasses, and she was able to circumvent my daughter feeling overwhelmed in the selection process. The rest of the staff was also very nice, but Taylor’s customer service skills were unmatched.

Front desk staff and doctor were very nice, but the glasses are terrible. I picked them up twice after adjustments and still can’t see properly. Total waste of time and money. I wish I had kept my old glasses. I will never go back.

I had an amazing experience, all the staff was kind, fast specially Rachel and they even got me an last minute appointment, I was told that my glasses would be ready in 2 weeks and I actually got it before 10 days. Very happy with the experience and thank you Rachel for your service.
