Gee, I go in with a prescription and $420 dollars later I order a pair of glasses. Oh yes I said a pair. For that kind of money I could go anywhere. Even better, when they arrived I get my glasses in a cheap felt pocket. I can get a better case at the dollar store.
Great selection of frames at the lowest price point.Denise did a great job with the screenings and explained the tests at every step, which I appreciated. Unfortunately, I had a very long wait time before a remote doctor was able to see me, which is why I gave 4 stars. The doctor was thorough and gave a very informative review of what she was seeing along side the actual pics of my eyes and had some helpful suggestions. I am amazed at how detailed they can be despite not being present in the room. Aside from the delay issue, everyone on staff was polite, kind, and helpful, and I will def use them again.
They used to be a great option for those with a smaller budget or lacking insurance. I have purchased several pairs over the years. This last year was the end. I have worn glasses for 43 out of 45 years and have never had lenses scratch like this. I've had one set replaced but, that was only after a complaint. Be warned they will not warranty pair eye wear lenses. Had I known that I would not have spent nearly $500 on the best lenses. On top of all providers being telemedicine it's not worth even $70 for the exam.
Broome County's New Gold Standard In Health & Vision Care! The entire staff remind us of what healthcare is suppose to be about: You/Us, the patient. Every aspect, from initial contacts and inquiry to leaving the premises with new prescription glasses (beginning to end), each staff member was pleasant, knowledgeable, informative, budget helpful, and took noticeable pride in their services. The eye exams were highly comprehensive, much to our benefit in the end. They also have an ENDLESS variety of frames for anyone's budget and taste!! We opted for the 2 pair for $95, which included new Rx sunglasses to show off just in time for Spring. P.S. They're open during lunch hours &&& are accommodating of special needs.
My husband and I had an appointment at 10:00 We were takenen into the exam room pretty quickly. The staff did an excellent job. We finally got done ordering glasses at 12:20. One of the machines did not work I had to change exam rooms no problem. Went in the room to finish the exam and talk to a tela Dr. It was a half an hour wait. The staff is hard working not their fault
