I am glad I ignored the negative reviews when I was picking a new eye doc! After being a patient here for multiple years now, I can confidently say every person I've dealt with from this office has been nothing but professional, helpful and friendly, even going what I would consider as above and beyond in a few scenarios. The team here is excellent, cannot recommend them enough.

First time with this business and what a pleasant surprise! The Doctor Ying was super nice, staff friendly, John is the man, everyone was helpful. I felt like a person and not just another number. They are my new go to for my eyes!!!!!
I had to make an emergency appointment to repair my glasses after they were sat on. John got me right in and fixed them like new. Super responsive and customer driven, thank you.
Was charged a $50 no show fee - no phone call or voicemail reminder from them. They told me phone calls are a courtesy and they’re not required to call. Claimed they called - I have my entire call log and never received a phone call. Disappointed- I see other reviews with the same problem. Beware if you have any appointments to make sure you have it set as a reminder for a year later or they will charge you when you had no idea you had an appointment
Just realized I never left a review for one of the best doctors I have ever had the pleasure of meeting. I am utterly shocked that they don’t have a perfect 5 star rating. I injured my eye so badly during the pandemic. 6.5 mm paper cut across most of my cornea while carrying a paper bag out of Walgreens. Dr. Ying said it was on her top 5 “worst eye injuries of all time” list. This injury also has a special place on the “worst pain I’ve ever felt in my life” list. I went into the office every day for about 2 weeks, including weekends, for her to check the progress of my healing. Dr. Ying really went above and beyond to ensure I healed up okay. I will forever be grateful to her for that!! She was kind, funny and very thorough. She’s been practicing over 20 years and it definitely shows! But, she truly cares about helping her patients and that’s what makes her such an incredible doctor. (I even found some funny photos to include from this time for dramatic effect!)
