The doctor gives a weird vibe. He’s not very friendly, but he’s not rude. The other employees are very friendly and the nice lady helped me find a good pair of glasses. I am pleased with the attention they took to fit the glasses to my face. I don’t know why someone has their toothbrush on their desk. I thought that was odd.
My experience was great. From the exam to through picking out and purchasing glasses. Diana was pleasant, helpful, patient and explained my options with my insurance thoroughly . Highly recommend
I didn't think there was anyplace that could be worse than Americas Best. I was wrong. I am unable to return the contacts that I was pushed into buying that are supposed to be multifocal. All I can see with my left eye is 12 inches in front of me, that's it. Anything beyond 10 feet with both eyes is so blurry that I can't drive with the contacts and driving is what I do for a living. I will not only ever shop there again but I will never go into Target either. What a waste of my time and money.
Bad customer service and super rude. They made an error and ordered me the wrong contacts. I then used what I assumed were dailies, because that’s what I asked for, and when I called to see where my next delivery was they told me they had ordered and delivered 2-week pairs. (Nothing was on the box saying 2wk or daily) So I wasted over $300 in one month from a mistake they made. When I called to ask for a manager, not only did the manager not call me back like they said she would, but the woman on the phone was SO RUDE it was honestly unbelievable. She said the best the manager said they could offer was a 25% discount. I will never do anything with them again. The doctor also put my $100 cash I paid for my eye exam in his pocket-no wonder you guys need Target team leaders to open your cash register for you.
Wonderful employees! I recently returned right before closing time to receive my glasses and the girl that helped me was wonderfully kind and helpful between reception and even more when improving the fit of my glasses. I thought they were good but she made them look even better! I’m very happy to have gotten my eye care through target optical and i look forward to my future annual visits!
