They ophthalmologist was very impatient, very snappy and rude with my six-year-old And myself. We are very patient, fun loving people. There was no reason or excuse for his behavior. I would not go here ever again especially for your child. Unfortunately the rest of the staff were really pleasant and professional and helpful. One sour apple ruined it.

Went for new glasses, had my prescription and Adam was fantastic at helping me pick frames and thoroughly explained all the "bells and whistles" of lenses. My daughter goes next month. Love my glasses! BTW, I "old" and have severe astigmatism, near sighted, and need bifocals. I will come back and post pics later.
I've been getting from Walmart optical for I'm not even sure how many years. I am about to go on vacation and I need a new order of contacts. My prescription has not changed but unfortunately you always have to pay for another exam. They won't make any concessions for emergencies or coming vacations so I also cant get an eye appt .The expired script is not their fault, apparently it's illegal to write the prescription however I feel as though for such a loyal patient they could have atleast attempted to make it possible for me to come in sooner.. It's just frustrating that they won't atleast try to make it work. I'm being told they are booked out until January. My vacation is 2 weeks away.
I had an eye exam and bought new glasses just over a year ago. I went in today to look at new glasses and set up an exam. I explained to Adam that my glasses were scratched up pretty bad. He took them in the shop and used an acid cleaner on them. They’re like new again! I was so happy! Adam has helped us out a lot over the years. Customer service is A plus ! It’s great to see they retain great employees like Adam
Royally screwed up my prescription, didn’t notice until I got replacements. They do not accept fault so I’m just out a couple hundred dollars. They all just talked down to me and didn’t listen to my concerns. Once I explained, they just started to get condescending, especially the manager. Just go to a REAL optometrist. I’ve had the same script for decades and I’m the idiot. Alright.
