This was a small but personable office! I loved that they weren't trying to upsell you on services and glasses like visionworks does and just asks what you wanted. You do have to call and leave a voicemail to get an appointment though since their hours are limited. But you get fantastic service in exchange for it!
This is the best optometrist in the area. Chris, and the whole staff, was incredibly helpful, accommodating, patient and knowledgeable. They even picked out glasses for me; the perfect fit for me and the lenses. That’s not something I do well on my own, and much appreciated. They worked with my insurance and kept my out of pocket so low that even with a spare pair at retail, my total was a fraction of what I’ve ended up paying at any other provider for just the basics. I will never go to another optometrist.
Family owned and operated. Nice selection for kids and adults. The doctor does a good job on prescriptions and the prices are very reasonable. I recommend Knauf to everyone. Best optical in the southern tier.

No complaints on the exam or prescription, but they have no office hours. That makes it very hard to get things done. Pick some hours.
