America’s Best Optometrist

Even though I now live in another state, I still find myself calling Eli at my old America’s Best location in Oregon whenever I have questions because I’ve always received exceptional service there. That level of customer care has been hard to match anywhere else. It’s rare to find someone who provides such thoughtful and professional customer service over the phone, but Eli absolutely does. Thank you, Eli, for putting up with me and for the impromptu phone Q&A—consider it a mini knowledge drop session!

This is the best place for contacts and eyeglasses! I was able to make an eye exam with the same day appointment. I was even able to come after work around 5:30 pm! The staff is really friendly and helped me with everything I needed. The dr. was very nice and very courteous as well! I highly recommend!

This place does a fantastic job. Their level of customer service and the ease of getting everything done is amazing. We switched insurance recently and now I go through a different provider for exams but I still come to this location to purchase my contact lenses because of their great service.

Honestly not impressed with the level of service or quality of the glasses. My waited for 40 minutes past initial appointment time because a doctor had called out and no one happen to tell me this; I asked the glass specialist when picking my glasses out. He rushed me through the exam process without listening to my concerns about new glasses. My first pair of readers did not work at all. I had to go back in for new exam and order new lenses. Now after only couple months of the replacements my lenses are extremely scratched. After visit about warranty and inquiry about the scratch protection that I wanted with glasses, I was told that I need to wash the brand-new rag they gave me with the glasses because they can collect debris and scratch the lenses. I mostly use the Lense cleaners. My previous pair of glasses are still in great shape after 2-years of use. Very disappointed with this company.

Mixed results. Amy helped me with my frames & lenes for eyeglasses: great service from Amy. Mix & match $80 for a pair of eye glasses. Staff said they will call or text me when they arrived. 4 weeks later i called, their excuss was that one pair was logged in but the second pair had taken longer to get their. The 2nd pair arrived but no call was made. Interestingly I overheard the same complaint while waiting in the lobby from another customer.
