America’s Best Optometrist

My son was struggling with learning to read so In the spring of his first grade year , his school referred me to an optometrist. I tried like to get in to see that optometrist. They would not return my calls, had no voicemail, and were only open during my working hours. When I finally got ahold of them They were booking months out at a very high rate for uninsured patients. So i called around to every other vision place i could find. Only America's best was willing and able to get me in the very next Saturday. I scheduled both my kids and they did the exams together explained all the results to us and my kids for to pick out 2 pairs of glasses each with the upgraded scrath protection for free for only 100. They were ready 10 days later with cases cleaning fitting snickers, the whole works.I'm like kids were so excited.I couldn't believe it. Now My soon to be 2ND grader has the confidence to read. I wish i would have done that sooner. It's amazing, thank you america's best.

I had a great experience working with the team at America’s Best. The entire staff was kind and helpful. Griselda helped me with my actual glasses order and I was surprised to hear it was her first day working with patients on her own. She is very knowledgeable of the products and benefits. She proactively asked a co-worker to verify the details of my order to ensure accuracy. The colleague who verified the work was also lovely. Good experience!

A few days ago I visited this clinic and had a very bad experience. I bought two glasses here (about $566), and even though it hasn’t been a year, the frames have already faded and gone out of shape. My vision issues are also not resolved—I still have strong light sensitivity, eye fatigue, and dryness. Even though they said I had a warranty, they charged me $65 for an exam and told me they would fix the glasses. After the exam and about an hour of waiting, they said it would cost $350. When I mentioned the warranty, the manager said they don’t provide such services at all. Everyone gave different answers, and there was clear miscommunication and disorganization. In the end, I wasted both my time and money. It feels like the warranty they advertise is only in words, not in practice. I do not recommend this place.

One of the best customer experiences I've had in years. Chayleen was very helpful and knowledgeable. It was easy to work with her when picking out frames and selecting options. She was friendly and easy to talk with through out the entire process. I never felt rushed on pushed to select options based on some sort of Up Sell policy her company may or may not have had. It just felt like a nice knowledgeable person doing her best to make sure I was happy with my purchase and the process at the end of the day. And I was!

They were amazing! Long story short, my glasses broke they weren’t able to fix it, but they referred me to a welder for glasses…. fast-forward, he couldn’t fix them for the price and the timeline I wanted…… So I drove back to America’s best with hopes that I could get a walk-in appointment, a new prescription and glasses on the way.. They were fully booked, but somehow someway the amazing team was able to get me in right then and there. I was in and out in less than 30 minutes with two pair of glasses on the way! I can’t express my thankfulness for this team as I know they know how important is for a person to see. I would recommend anyone to this location over and over again. Thank you guys🫶🏾
