From the start, she struck exactly the right balance—she asked what I was looking for, actually listened to my answer, and then gave us the space to browse at our own pace. When I showed her a picture of a frame style I had in mind, she took several minutes to genuinely search for similar options, and even when she couldn't find an exact match, she kept problem-solving with us instead of giving up. She was patient, attentive, and thoughtful, and she went out of her way to help with things that weren't strictly her job—like looking up and printing our prescription information so we'd have what we needed going forward. What stood out most was how genuinely kind and helpful she was throughout. She made us feel welcomed and taken care of, not rushed or managed.
