My apt was at 10. They lost my file. Regular calling people that came in after me. Its now 10:20 and im still waiting. If im not called next i will be calling cooperate. 10:40. 3 more people called.. not my name 10:41 finally called for the 1st step 11:11 ive done 2 steps. Somehow someone that hasn’t been here but 10 mins was called to the 3rd step before me. They claim im next. I will continue to update while im here 11:26. Another person called back 🥵🥵🥵 11:42 another one called back. So apparently the delay it the fault of the virtual dr, not anyone fault that is present in the store. Mind you they LOST my file from the beginning. They did offer a free exam.. which its free anyway if you purchase 2 pairs of glasses. When i brought that fact up i was offered a discount. Idk how much yet. 11:46 exam starts 12:03 im waiting again to place my order 12:13. More people come in AFTER and yet im being ignored. 12:20 at the sales table 12;46 is when i was finally done. The discount given was 50%

Moving to the area, I was recommended to this location for their support of the military and thorough exams. Well, my insurance could only be billed for a small amount, and then, at checkout, I was charged a higher price than I expected. So I could only pay 98% of it. So the manager told me that if I couldn't pay for my exam, everything would be deleted, and I'd have to make another appointment to redo it, even though I could come back the next day and pay but oh ok, which is payday and to pay the unexpected balance. The manager said everything would be deleted, so ultimately I couldn't pay the small amount of the unexpected charges. Now, a few weeks later, after receiving an email about my contract trails, I went in to get them. I had to wait... and apparently that was a lie...BUT they did want me to pay all that money AGAIN because it was cancelled and refunded that day and I had to repay to get trials? Ultimately, they kept my prescription on file and the manager, before she took off into the back like I didn't see her when I arrived, but since I suddenly had to pay all this money for trial contacts...... Long story short lol I found another place that takes my insurance, and the exam is even more thorough. I will not recommend this place. Everything was fine except the long waits, management lies, and overpriced items. Today, I left without the contact trials but happy to take my business elsewhere...

We waiting well past our appointment time. The Dr. I saw was nice. I had to have trial contacts ordered, and they never called me to tell me they have arrived. Here we are 15 days after they were delivered to the store, and I can't even get anyone to answer the phone. My husband's dr. tried pushing new contacts on him after he said he liked the ones that he currently used. She even ordered him a trial pair. My husband is not upset that he didn't get a call about his contacts because he wasn't planning to pick them up anyways. But same problem for him. No call only an email that his order was shipped to the store.

Very disappointing experience. I arrived on time for my appointment but was kept waiting for over an hour. Since I had another appointment to attend, I informed the staff that I had to leave, and they rescheduled me for the next morning. When I arrived for the new appointment, I was told it had been canceled because I was 10 minutes late. I found this very unfair, especially after waiting over an hour the day before. The clinic showed a lack of professionalism and respect for patients’ time. I also noticed another family experiencing a similar issue. I would not recommend this clinic.

Understaffed is an understatement. Today- One person at the desk, phones ringing constantly, people waiting over an hour in the back to be seen. I bought 2 pairs of glasses earlier this year & today I stopped to have one pair tightened up. There was no one able to assist because AGAIN- only 1 person at the desk. Waited quite a while and gave up. I stopped a few months ago to buy a second pair of sunglasses, was told to pick one out, I did, brought it up to the desk, no one helped me and after a long wait I walked out. Not the staffs fault- it’s managed poorly. You’ve lost 2 customers because I went home and advised my spouse to not go there. Won’t be back.
