My experience has been great so far. I'm only a 2 yr. customer but received quality care.Very good selection of frames and ordering glasses is easy. The associates are friendly, respestful and very knowledgeable in there field. The doctor that I see is awesome. She is very experienced, knows my requirements as a diabetic. Takes care of all that's related.
Best experience!! I was greeted by Ellie, fantastic demeanor. Dr. Finney was very thorough and made sure all questions were answered. Jen in optical was also fantastic, helped me select new glasses. I have already told several individuals about my experience and would highly recommend.
I had a great experience at this eye care office. The staff was friendly, helpful, and welcoming from start to finish. They took the time to answer my questions and made the entire visit comfortable and easy. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for quality eye care.
Great experience. They took very good care of our 6 year old son and made him feel very special with a scavenger hunt and coloring book. Highly recommended!
I had a billing issue that took quite a while for the billing department to sort out, but I can’t say enough good things about Ciera. She truly went above and beyond to make sure everything was resolved. From start to finish, she stayed in constant communication, always keeping me updated so I was never left wondering what was going on. I didn’t have to call a million times because she took the initiative and the time to follow through. She’s honestly the only reason I feel my concerns didn’t get lost in the process. Ciera is incredibly kind, patient, and you can tell she genuinely cares about helping people. We were old friends by the time this was all over and just truly what an angel of a person. We laughed and joked and she was so personable and honestly fun to talk to in a what would typically be a bit frustrating of an experience. I’m so grateful for everything she did and for being able to resolve all of my issues! Thank you, Ciera! Give her a raise! Keep her forever. She is such a great asset to your team. ❤️💕🥰
