Walmart Vision Center

The staff was really kind and generous, she fitted my prescription lenses from the broken frame into a new one - frame that I had not bought from this location, and did not charge me anything. Thank you, April !

Jennifer is amazing. She took a lot of time to make sure to understand the situation I am with my glasses. It is very hard for someone with my prescription to find decent looking frames. Not only was she patient and friendly, she was professional and courteous. She even made sure I was called back when my doctor did not send my prescription within adequate time just to make sure i was not forgotten. All I have to say is she also will not be forgotten for how amazing she did. It’s rare to find good customer service but it is impossible to find great which is what she is. The vision center is blessed to have her. Thanks again for turning this into a great experience.

I am so thankful for the WONDERFUL staff here at the vision center in Walmart in Central Park. I’m traveling though and my contact ripped in the car and I needed a new one ASAP! I came in, the staff was so nice and so helpful! They were happy to have my vision center at home fax them my prescription and then they were able to fill my prescription and give me the contacts I needed within 10 minutes. Simply amazing - I even hugged them all! I definitely would recommend - there still are nice people in this world! So thankful!!

Had a eye exam in September, revived glasses that worked. Simple had a appointment to change over to contacts. Had the Same exact exam with no difference in the prescription is what I was told. Had to still pay $180 for a nonsense exam, and was told contact lenses we’re included by the front desk to later be told they are separate? Also told if I’m not happy I can go some were else! Very unprofessional highly recommend any were else then to recommend a business that dose not appreciate your business. Very unprofessional!

I don't give many reviews unless a place is exceedingly awesome or just plain horrible. I had to come here and give my most honest opinion. Within the course of a year of coming to this office I found myself most impressed with the services I received not only for myself but also my 5 year old son. The glasses ship quicker than most other places and the people have what seems to be love for what they do. I can recall leaving feeling like so much grace was given to me that I cried. You don't go many places that you walk in frustrated about life and leave with gratitude because of the care shown in a matter of minutes. I'm thankful for this place and I highly recommend it.
