I had a wonderful experience at America’s Best Contacts & Eyeglasses, and I especially want to recognize Anthony for his outstanding service. He went above and beyond to help us, showing genuine care, patience, and professionalism throughout the entire process. It’s rare to come across someone who truly cares about customers the way he does. Anthony is a perfect example of kindness and excellent customer service. Thank you to America’s Best Contacts & Eyeglasses for having such dedicated employees. We truly appreciate the support and will definitely be coming back!

I highly recommend this place for their exceptional customer service. The staff is super nice and knowledgeable. However, I cannot give them a five star review due to the lack of an effective check in procedure. I highly suggest that a sign in sheet is created and placed at the front desk so when customers arrive they can sign in . Today, there were numerous people who entered almost at the same time . There was confusion as to who arrived first. All it takes is one sign in sheet to make the intake or arrival process smooth and efficient . Thank you

If I could give this place 0 stars, I would. We scheduled an appointment online for 3:00 PM and arrived at 2:45 PM. We didn’t get called back for the first part of the eye exam until around 4:45 PM. After completing only half of the exam, we were told at 5:00 PM that “the doctors want to go home” and that we needed to reschedule the appointment. What made the situation even worse was the lack of professionalism and empathy. There was no apology at all — just a blunt statement that they wanted to leave for the day. Waiting over two hours only to be sent home without finishing the appointment shows a complete disregard for patients’ time. To make matters more frustrating, the customer ahead of us had an appointment for one and after finishing the appointment, for one, the doctor or whom ever was attending asked the accompanying person if they would like an exam. Further delaying everyone else. The entire office seemed poorly managed and disorganized. We were patient and understanding throughout the process, but wasting over two hours of someone’s time with no accountability is unacceptable. Very disappointed with this experience.

I've been coming here for 12 years for eye exams& contacts &glasses. I keep coming back because the staff have been competent and nice. I'm finally writing a review because the new manager, "Summer", was exceptionally competent and caring and nice. I will keep coming back. Thank you Summer.

I was traveling from Dallas and lost one of my contacts. America’s Best immediately got me in for an exam and even gave me a travel pair to wear for the rest of my trip. The service was quick, friendly, and professional. The manager, Summer, and technician, Devon, were wonderful, and the doctor made the experience easy and comfortable. Highly recommend this location for their excellent care and customer service!
