Dont ask Jill back in electronics a question, she was absolutely rude when I asked her a question. Asking someone to do there job these days is ridiculous. Instead of answering my easy question she had to call a lead to answer my question she too had an attitude. I travel Alot and go to ALOT OF WALMARTS this one is wont go back too. Not the best picture of Jill

I use the grocery order online and pickup-a great time saver. I don't care for their choice of substitution, however, so I opt out of that. I have an issue with the In-store shopping; they never have have enough handicapped carts and many times half of those are broken down.
I rarely shop here. It's crowded, difficult to navigate through the store with all the people and order pickers. If I have to buy something from here I order online and pick it up which usually isn't a problem, but last night I sat there for 45 minutes after checking in. I got the notification that my order was ready at 815pm and then waited till 920 before they brought it out. Side note, I do get my tires done here and the lady that works in the auto center is awesome! The auto center is great for tires but the retail side is just overwhelming and chaotic.
There is a huge selection. The employees are very helpful even though it had to speak into the phone to translate for her. The store was very clean and well stocked before the 4th of July.
Had a Walmart online pickup scheduled between 2-3 . It was ready around 1:45. So by the time I got there and checked in was about 2:05. I waited for twenty minutes before calling in and checking on my order. After waiting for over 30 minutes the lady brought my order to me and told her I need to speak to the manager. Manger came to me and they had a worker that missed some items and looked past my order and he’ll be receiving DISCIPLINARY ACTION. I’m thinking to myself at that time” that’s good “ but that doesn’t matter right now. If you want to run a business as a manger you need to take initiative. I did not get any notification saying my order was postponed, no email, no text, no call , and lastly no notification on the Walmart app. I had to call and find out that my order was messed up and sitting there….. for God knows how long . If you want good customer experience. Take the initiative and give them something in return back .. WHAT A HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE And for that Kearney Walmart I’ll be making my purchases elsewhere if this keeps going on. AND MAKES ME SICK KNOWING That 6-7 vehicles got their order before mine and they were there a shorter time.
