Dr. Altman and staff are incredible. Very thorough, friendly, and professional. I'll never go back to a "chain" vision center. The personal care and attention you receive here is hard to find these days. (adding pictures of new location)

The most thorough eye exam I have ever had. Dr. Altman takes the time to explain everything very clearly. The staff were lovely as well!
I am so grateful to have found Dr. Altman and his staff. His immense expertise, knowledge, confidence, and ability to treat my eye condition have helped me improve not only my routine eye care but my eyesight as well. It was incredibly difficult for me to decide to attempt to ease a daily stress and pain with a new optometrist, but every single person at the office has made the entire process smooth as well as demonstrating that I am valued as a patient and not just a number. I actually look forward to my visits and always learn sometime new which gives me a more positive outlook for my vision. I absolutely cannot thank them enough for their kindness and patience with my vision correction and treatment.
While the staff was welcoming, they were less knowledgeable regarding some simple questions regarding the tests they ran. The doctor (Brad Altman) was condescending, impatient, argumentative, resistant to explanations of simple questions, and will laugh at your concerns. He is unprofessional, immoral, and everything a doctor shouldn’t be. I’m disgusted at his behavior and demeanor. This was the second visit, and after explaining his first review and prescription didn’t actually correct the vision, he became defensive and condescending. Absolutely do NOT recommend, as he shouldn’t be in the mdedical field altogether. From his reaction to my discontinuation of the exam, I’m positive I’m not the only one to experience this. Zero stars.
I cannot recommend Aprima enough. From the professionalism and knowledge of services to treating you like family as your greeted. Ms. Andrea has been a rock in the middle of my storm as a listening ear and a voice of strength and Godly wisdom. Ms. Andrea thank you for loving on us. The staff Abby, Elle are absolutely incredible! Dr. Brad is #1 with his knowledge and experience in his field. Thank you so much Aprima Eye Care for being incredible! Keep up the fabulous work!
