Dr. Rachel Groff was awesome! I come every year to get my eyes checked and have my prescription updated. This was my first time meeting her and I loved her vibe. I could tell that she’s passionate about her job… for the first time I found out that I have a slight astigmatism in one eye! She ordered me a special set to try. I’m excited and look forward to returning.

I had an excellent experience with Alex, the administrative executive at Mount Juliet Eye Center. From the moment I interacted with her, she was warm, professional, and genuinely committed to providing outstanding customer service. She handled every question and concern with patience and confidence, and her problem-solving skills made the entire experience smooth and stress-free. Alex clearly takes pride in helping patients feel valued and cared for, and her professionalism and positive attitude reflect incredibly well on the office as a whole. She is truly an asset to the team.
Absolutely one of the worst experiences I've had with an eye doctor. It was my first time with LensCrafters and it will definitely be my last due to the rude and condescending staff. And all the doctor wanted to do was push cataract surgery instead of trying to find a solution for my eye issues. And never bothered to recommend a reader to go along with my contacts even though I asked twice.
I had my last eye appointment here, and Skylar was very sweet and helpful! She explained all the tests to me in detail! Highly recommend, and Skylar will have your back!
Everything was great except the long wait. I didn't see the doctor until 50 minutes after my scheduled appointment time. There is no actual waiting room either so that makes it even more awkward just hanging around LensCrafters.
