I recently had an appointment with Dr Gdowski. Outstanding. After years of excellent care by Dr Arsulowicz, I was apprehensive about trusting my vision to another Optometrist. But Dr Gdowski provided great care with a thorough exam, a welcoming atmosphere and referrals to trusted specialists for needed surgical care. Arsulowicz Eye Care continues to provide great vision care I trust and highly recommend.
My husband and I went in for our new patient exams and Dr. Gdowski was so unprofessional. Longest exams ever because she acted like she had no idea what she was doing, shuffled through the drawers looking for stuff, and her overall body language and verbal communication was poor. Told me she was a “dry eye specialist” when in fact she didn’t tell me anything different. The tech did more than the Dr did. My husband had a light out on one of the machines for his exam so it didn’t get done, but it was billed to insurance. Then the lady who marked our lenses for glasses stunk like cigarette smoke so bad and she told us that the cost was a certain amount then today when I went to pick up our glasses the guy told us an amount that was double what we were told. Nobody in there seemed to have a clue what was going on. I work in customer service and this should be embarrassing to the owner of this practice. I really hope the owner sees this and does some reconstructing of this practice. **I’m happy to discuss, you may call me Monday-Friday during business hours. Thanks for the response
The staff at Arsulowicz Eye Care impressed me from the moment I walked in until I left. Everyone was friendly, professional, and thorough. All tests were explained, and no pressure to purchase products not needed. They even offered temporary sunglasses if I didn’t have any with me as my eyes were dilated. Thank you for the good experience.
I have done my eye exams at Arsulowicz eye care for decades and I am always impressed with the staff and eye Doctors that are taking care of my vision. The exams by the doctors are designed to search for issues with the total eye and vision. The front desk staff is very knowledgeable and are very helpful with questions and concerns. I HIGHLY recommend Arsulowicz eye care for your eye health. They are so good ,my distance vision is 93 million miles ,because I can see the sun when it’s out!!!
