Rx Optical Now A Part Of Myeyedr

Update! So I popped in the store last week or so and was asking if they could get some glasses that have the magnets so the sunglasses can magnet on the front of the regular glasses. They had a few frames but they were so bold and chunky and I didn’t care for them, so I said who can order some like the pair that I had from the other eyeglass store that I used to go to and then James shows me this other stuff that was in the back room with these little magnets that go on the lens, I was OK with it for next time when I needed a new prescription it wasn’t too bad and he said that they didn’t sell a lot and I’m thinking well. You need to promote them to sell them, but I really really wanted my other frames that I had before with the sunglasses that magnet to the front I really liked them so I stopped in today with my old pair And asked James if there was anyway that I could get my prescription glass put into my old frames because I really like them and I even asked him if maybe the glass that I have now the frames look very similar. Would my prescription fit in my old frames and he said he could try he wasn’t positive and he came back and he was able to switch out the glass into my old frames and I was ecstatic. I had two years in my eyes. I was so super excited that James totally pulled through for me and I really like how he listened to the customer who wants in the needs and came up with a solution he totally made my day. You have no idea. I am absolutely thrilled with going to this Eye Doctor and I’m so thankful that he really listened to my needs and wants and he pulled through for me. I just can’t thank him enough he deserves five stars!!!⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ THANKS JAMES! I LOVE THIS PLACE! We made our appointments right away and our glasses came in within a week! That was fast! They discussed all our options clearly and thoroughly. The selection they had available was plentiful. Very nice and professional. They gave us glass cleaner and cloths and even gave us extra cloths when I asked for them. We even had really cool cases that came with our glasses too! The employees there are fun and friendly!

Every time I come to RX Optical on Lake Michigan Dr, Allyssa has been extremely friendly and helpful. When talking with customers that walked in during my fitting, she was kind. Additionally, I like the personal interaction she has with customers. Each time I come in, she has remembers who I am. That’s what’s important with customers service! Keep up the great work!

Stopped in to see if a pair of glass frames could be fixed. Wow what an amazing team. Two grandchildren in tow who they made feel like their favorite customers! Such a friendly staff, all eager to help. The glass frames were not actually able to be fixed, but they worked their magic and it works. Highly recommend this place.

My experience with Dr. Bringard and Craig was wonderful. Dr. Bringard was very thorough when explaining the testing he was doing; my eye exam went very well. Craig worked with me to find the right glasses, and there were so many choices. He really took the time to help me decide which pair worked best for me. He was so very helpful, friendly, and all around AWESOME - big kudos to him!
