Always friendly, great service. Dr Goodfrllow is the best... One suggestion is to know about rebates on contact lenses...rebates are a pain to begin with but when you tell us to look up to see if you can get a rebate...kinda stinks

This was the first time I had been to Arvada Eye Care and everything from making an appointment to ordering contacts was fantastic. I have been to a lot of eye doctors in the past and this one, so far, had been the best. Front desk staff was pleasant and efficient. The techs were super nice and Dr. Goodfellow was very personable but also thorough. At the last minute, I asked for a contact lens exam and there was zero hesitation in getting that for me. Ordering contacts was also super easy. Definitely recommend this practice!
I had originally gave them a 5 star review based on my first experience, however, I now changed it to 2 stars because after my first appointment I’ve had issues with them following up. I realized after I received My contact prescription/boxes, they ordered the wrong prescription. Since noticing I have Reached out multiple times and either received no response or someone stating they’d get back to me and they don’t. So I’ve been forced to wearing the incorrect prescription, granted it’s not off that much but it’s off enough that I can tell. I have Made phone calls, sent emails and texted them and after 6 months my issue is not resolved and I’m out of my contacts, but they are very consistent at sending me emails and texts to reorder since I’m out. I really thought I’d found a new eye doctor after my previous one stopped accepting insurance but sadly I’m on the hunt for someone new because I cant Use a provider who lacks follow up after I’ve tried so many times to get it fixed.
Least minimum is 1 star. If i could i would give 0 stars. I have fractured my left foot and i got in 10 mins late. They dont have any wheelchair or anything for handicapped. Then they said they have a 10 mins late policy and cannot see me. No consideration for people. Please avoid this facility.
The team at Arvada Eye Care was friendly and efficient, explaining everything along the way. Dr. Fusick was so professional and clear with her informative approach, I would highly recommend her and Arvada Eye Care for your eye care needs. - Andrew Allen, DC
