Five Parks Vision and Eye Care

Our family has been going to Five Parks Vision and Eye Care for 8 years now. Dr. Gary has always taken good care of us and have always made our kids feel comfortable and dare I say, have fun at the eye doctor. We never feel pressured into purchasing anything. Dr. Gary gives us the options and then leaves it to us without the pressure. His staff has always been very friendly and helpful finding the right glasses that fit and look nice on us. We will continue to go to this office as long as we are able.

My husband and I have been seeing Dr. P for about 7 years. We are not outside family or friend of his. Gary and his staff are wonderful. A few months ago, my husband had a major eye infection and Dr. P waited to see him after hours. He sincerely cares for his patients. Their frame selection is good, almost too good, as I have a hard time finding frames to choose. Thank you 5 Parks for for always taking care of us! We look forward to our annual appointments each year :)

I’ve been going to Dr. Partnow and his office of friendly staff for the past three years since I live in the neighborhood and have always had a great experience! My insurance changed this year and the staff helped me navigate the changes so I could get the best value for my glasses and contacts.

My whole family goes to see Dr Gary and has been for 10 years. He is patient and explains everything that is happening with your eyes. Dr Gary's staff is super helpful with insurance and finding the right glasses to fit each one of us. Highly recommend this practice!!

I don't write many reviews but when I do, it's when I have a strong feeling about an organization. First off, it was completely our fault that I did not read any reviews prior to trying this place out. I am convinced any positive review are from family members or close friends. But any negative review has never been more accurate after me and my girlfriend's experience with Five Parks Vision and Eye Care. They are EXTREMELY overpriced, unethical, unprofessional, and not transparent with their clients whatsoever. The frames alone they sold us were $600!! Not even including the lenses or the eye exam itself. And when I looked at the same frames online, they were almost half the price anywhere else. You are much better off going to somewhere like America's Best. And when we tried to cancel our order, only 3 hours after the exam, the receptionist told us the lab had "already started the order" so if we want to cancel the order, we would still have to pay 50% of the price they were asking. It was even more frustrating to hear that they started "making" the glasses immediately after our appointment, the glasses still took a month to even get to their office. Right after my girlfriend's eye exam, we went over to another Eye Care in Arvada to get a second opinion and if we had just been scammed. And immediately, their eyes widened when we had mentioned we went to Five Parks Vision and Eye Care. I think legally, they weren't allowed to say anything but one of the doctors said, "I know a few people who work there and I will say is I would never work there in my life." I think will all of that being said and our experience, I think Five Parks Vision and Eye Care is an absolute waste of your time. I promise you will save yourself a lot of money and headaches if you went literally anywhere else. DO NOT make the same mistake that we did.
